Returns & Exchanges

At Bird Collective, we want you to love your gear as much as you love birding. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items.
